Fyre fest, a PR Nightmare

Fyre fest Fyre fest is a well-known disaster of what was supposed to be a festival on a private island hosted by Ja Rule. This event was promoted by some of the biggest stars in the world including people from the Kardashian-Jenner family, and other superstars across the globe. Many people bought tickets to the festival and we’re very excited to spend the next couple of days on a private island watching a music festival for the ages, however once the people arrive they realized how unprepared everything was and the fact that this festival was a complete disaster. This festival is a great example as to why just because there are big names promoting something it is not always a guarantee that it will be successful. It is important to not always blindly trust those who are in power or have the spotlight because often they just do what they are told for money and that is what they did in the situation once people got on the island it was an absolute disaster, nowhere to sleep, very little food, overall people had been completely bamboozled by spending their money coming onto this trip. This became a PR nightmare, if I were in the shoes of the PR office for Ja Rule and those that ran this festival the first thing that you would have to do is return the money that was paid by the fans that wanted to attend the festival. The next step would be to formally apologize for wasting everyone’s time and promoting something so drastically terrible. Ja Rule should come out and take full responsibility for promoting something that was so unsuccessful, those who promoted the festival including Kendall Jenner should also come forward and apologize for promoting a first of all that she did not know anything about. The moral of the story is this is quite similar to the AstroWorld festival as they both ended up being extremely unsuccessful and the headliner for the events (ja rule, and Travis Scott) both need to be held accountable for the horrible mistakes.
